All students in the kids program will study a curriculum that both prepares them for advancement into the adult program and ensure they gain proficiency in the skills and techniques that will allow them to confront and mitigate various threats specific to their age.
Additionally, your child will:
- Increase self-confidence and self-control
- Develop positive character traits
- Learn respect for themselves and others
- Learn valuable self-protection skills for use against real world threats

Adult Students will study a standardized curriculum that clearly defines all of the information and techniques required for each level of rank. Regardless if the student is new to the martial arts or has had years of prior training, each individual will find the course of instruction both rewarding and challenging. We work with each student to determine his or her specific goals, and provide each student with the tools necessary to reach those goals.
Additionally, students will:
- Build self-confidence
- Improve your fitness level
- Increase your situational awareness
- Push yourself to new limits physically and mentally
- Learn a semi-traditional system of Martial Arts that will prepare you for any real world threat you may face

Warrior Women is a specifically designed program created for all women ages 13 and up to increase situational awareness, confidence, and the ability to protect oneself under any circumstance utilizing a realistic, hands-on approach to self-protection training. Whether you're married, single, a high school student, college student, parent or just desire to feel safer as you navigate this sometimes dangerous world, these classes are perfect for you.
Additionally, Warrior Women will:
- Learn the realities of real world attacks and threat identification
- Understand actions you can take to avoid being an easy target
- Develop a warrior's mindset
- Gain a proficiency in effective techniques to mitigate threats and violent attacks so that you can return safely home!
